New Hope Community offers weekday day shifts that are perfect for busy parents, those close to retirement or those recently retired. Flexible schedules and no mandatory overtime – allowing for greater work-life balance and easier scheduling for those taking college classes. We offer tuition reimbursement and RN continuing education.

Our nurses are trained to provide professional and compassionate care to the most vulnerable people. They find innovative ways to communicate with those who are nonverbal, support sensory needs and strive to make a purposeful impact in their lives. New Hope Community’s nurses enjoy supporting our individuals on a long-term basis.  This allows for meaningful bonding and the building of strong trusting relationships.
